Dear Faculty and Staff,
As I previously communicated, the College has created a dedicated site within the HIPAA compliant for faculty and staff to upload COVID-19 vaccination and exemption documentation. Attached are instructions on how to navigate the site.
As a reminder, all faculty and staff who will be on campus or engage in any level of in-person instruction or activity for the fall 2021 term are strongly encouraged to submit proof of COVID vaccination by July 1.
