With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, she is passionate about teaching and developing relevant content to help students succeed in their careers. Jessica has been teaching at Mercy for four years, which also marks her overall teaching experience. In her current role, she is dedicated to guiding students through the complexities of health services management while preparing them for impactful careers in the field.
