Subjects taught at 麻豆社区: Academic advisor for interns- Workplace Experience, Advanced Seminar in Paralegal Studies, Art of Legal Reasoning, Civil Litigation, Evidence, Introduction to Legal Studies, Law Practice Management and Legal Research & Writing I. 

Other professional experience: Trained by one of the top lawyers in the US, with experience in law practice management, litigation, ethics and EDiscovery.  As a sole practitioner of DrummAdvocacy experience with arranging for accommodations for persons with disabilities and disability rights advocacy. Community service for non profit organizations.

Main goal in teaching: My main goal is to teach non lawyers how to navigate the law - by reading the law, writing legal documents and advocating new laws or changes in the law - from their desk, as part of a grassroots organization or formally through passage of laws at the state or federal levels.

What inspires me about teaching: What excites me most about teaching in this
program is that I witness transformation from student to polished paraprofessional time and time again. 

Publications:  Professor Drumm has at the request of the authors edited three books; her articles on the legal profession have been published in the New York State Bar Journal, The Westchester Lawyer.  Her chapter, "Law Firm Culture" was included in the book: Build your Practice the Logical Way: Maximize your Client Relationships by Carol Schiro Greenwald.
