Professor Cordelle Luces has fourteen years of extensive experience as a critical care and emergency room nurse. He has also been a clinical and didactic nursing instructor for three years. He holds two Master's degrees in Nursing, one in Education and another in Leadership, and is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Health Administration. How do specific simulation learning experiences and intermediate feedback mechanisms, for example, aid nursing students' clinical competence and critical thinking? This research will use qualitative and quantitative methods of skills acquisition and assessment of critical thinking by standardized tests and feedback on reflective practice.
